Oso and her team stormed the market after the market women increased the prices of their commodities by 100% blaming it on high dollar rate. Speaking to newsmen after the forceful reduction, Oso said;
“Both the Ewi of Ado Ekiti and the state government are concerned about the exorbitant prices of goods and services in the town. The cost of goods, especially foodstuff, is too high in Ado Ekiti, whereas, as the state capital, prices of goods and services should be the cheapest here. The market men and women should have mercy on the poor because things are too expensive here, unlike other towns and villages in Ekiti State. It is very unfortunate that market women in other communities don’t want to sell at their places anymore; they now bring their wares to Ado, believing they will sell at twice the price of what they sell in their communities. As the Iyaloja, one of my responsibilities is to ensure price control of goods and today’s exercise shall be a continuous one and shall be repeated in all markets in Ado. It is unfortunate that 20 liters of palm oil which sells at N14,000 in Ikole is being sold at N22,000 in Ado, but we have sold it at N15,000. Ado is now developing a bad reputation for high prices of goods and services, but we will not allow this to continue. The Kabiyesi has said he does not want hardship for the people of Ado. We will continue to carry out our raids until our market women comply and anyone who cannot comply, must look elsewhere to sell her wares. If you can’t sell your palm oil at lower prices, don’t bring it down to Ado again,” she said. A measure of garri which used to sell for N200 was reduced to N100. A 20-liter container of palm oil which sold at N22,000 was reduced to N15,000, while a measure of local rice, which initially sold at N500 was reduced to N400.

See how these teenage girls tricked their parents into believing they were in bed when they were actually out partying
Being a teenager means you have to be creative to get away with naughty deeds. Shannon Hay and pal Keira Wilson, from Scotland pulled a three pointer on Keira's parents. While staying at Keira's house, the girls cut out clumps of their hair to hide in their beds and hid pillows under the duvet in order to make it seem like they were tucked up asleep.
The pair's deception was a success and following their night of frivolity Shannon took to Twitter to brag about their conquest. They stayed out all night and returned at 4am but the adults were not aware. Now they've blown their cover and can't pull that one off again.

Ben Murray-Bruce, Gbenga Ashafa, singer Vector kick against planned hike in the price of data bundle
Senators Gbenga Ashafa and Ben Murray-Bruce have kicked against the planned increase in the price of data bundle by telecommunication companies which is to take effect from tomorrow December 1st. The board of the National Communications Commission had in a letter sent to telecommunication companies, directed them to increase the price of their data bundles with effect from tomorrow.
The commission in the letter, stated that the increase was to get the communication companies to have a flat rate for data bundles and also for very healthy and sustainable competition amongst them. Ben Murray-Bruce and Ashafa however argue that there are better ways to make the telecommuication companies run unified data bundle price without increasing it.

Sometimes, when this kind of thing happens and i am humbled by it, my husband will say 'wow to think you just arrived here less than 10yrs ago and look at how much impact you have made?'. Holding this in my hand as the highly commended award was and still a great honour. I am still giggling and my head still spinning from too much alcohol. Thank you all for all the good wishes"he wrote

“We’re going to hope for the absolute best. If they do attempt to remove people forcibly, we are certainly preparing for mass casualties.” She believes racism is at the heart of the high handed tactics employed by law enforcement officials. “The thing is, racism is nothing new here. It has always been there; it’s just bubbling under the surface” she said.The ongoing conflict has seen one woman’s arm nearly blown off, according to her father, and a complaint alleges that another woman was shot in the eye, resulting in the detachment of her retina and possible permanent blindness.

11 young girls & a caretaker die in fire outbreak at a school hostel in Turkey
12 people, including 11 children, lost their lives in a fire outbreak that destroyed a girls dormitory in Southern Turkey. The private dormitory housed 34 middle and high school students and is believed to be for girls who come from impoverished families in nearby villages that have no schools.
Turkey's EU Affairs Minister, Omer Celik said at least twenty-two other girls were injured in the fire in the province of Adana.
Among those killed was a female caretaker who worked in the dormitory. Adana governor Mahmut Demirtas revealed that while 12 bodies were recovered, 22 wounded people were taken to hospitals. Some of the injuries were caused when the terrified students jumped out of a window to escape. Investigation into the fire outbreak so far suggests that it was caused by an electrical fault but the flames spread rapidly because of the wooden interior of the building.

Daughter of Babafemi Ojudu - Pres. Buhari's SA on political matters, cries out about Nigeria's economic situation
Moremi, the daughter of Babafemi Ojudu - President Buhari's Special Adviser on political matters, in a rant on her Facebook page revealed that she there is hunger in the land and its affecting every Nigerian, including herself. According to Moremi, people have no idea there's nothing attached with her father's post.
"It's painful when people come to my inbox telling me am the Daughter of the Special Assistant to the President. Yes I know, its just a freaking title with absolutely NOTHING attached. I am HUNGRY as you are.
Pls note, I receive no shishi from my father, I hustle my way out through it all. Sometimes I wish I wasn't , cause the regular demands on me is much each day. And of course, how many people would understand. Sometimes, I weep due to lack of funds. I know how excited I was some weeks back when a friend sent me N10,000.
The hunger bites hard, its becoming aggravating. Dear Buhari, even if Ojudu Babafemi is in your cabinet, should this HUNGER continue I am ready to pair up with People on the streets to lead a protest against your governance. WE ARE HUNGRY! DO SOMETHING FAST!"
