Photos: Commercial bus driver jumps under his vehicle to evade arrest in Lagos
This happened at Apapa, Lagos. The commercial bus driver took off his clothes and then jumped under his vehicle to evade arrest by the Police and LASTMA officials. More photos after the cut.
