Elly man new video: Ellyman - Got The Money (Directed by Unlimited L.A)

Ellyman seems more like an audacious pioneer than one among many, he's working hard to reposition pop as a high art. He hatched himself from a semi-translucent egg on his latest debut titled Got The Money.

"Got The Money" - 'Anything you want me to do / I go do am for you. Anything you need me to do, i go do am for you..." Ellyman sings and he's right. The Imo Records signed act latest debut remains one of his finest works and he conducted it with effortless authority.
The song, 'Got The Money' is prove Ellyman did it his way, the track has this dance-hall feel, it's preoccupied with fame and stardom. It's theatrical emphasis, visual - made sense for Ellyman both for his voice and his fantastical visual taste.
The video is directed by Unlimited LA and it shows a purposeful expression of seriousness, professionalism and maturity.

The general overseer of the Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria, Dr Cosmos Ilechukwu while preaching on Sunday October 30th during the 2016 The Change We Need Nigeria in Abuja claimed that the change initiative launched by the presidency on September 8th 2016 was borrowed from him and as such the government needs to pay him royalties. He said:

“We started this campaign way back in 2009. Actually, the government should pay royalty to us. Since 2009, we have been talking about this change all the while. I’m believer in the possibility of Nigeria changing. I’m committed to it. I have been on it before this government began to talk about it because I have seen the beauty of this country in the future,”
He also prophesied that in as much Nigeria is going through economic recession, Nigeria will soon become a great country that Americans and Britons will flood Nigeria in search of visas. He went on to plead with Nigerians to pray for the political leaders and also for the country.

Humanrights watch accuse Police, Soldiers, Vigilantes, other government workers of raping and sexually exploiting Female IDPs

Camp leaders, Police Officers, Soldiers, Vigilante groups and other authorities working at Internally Displaced Persons camp in the North, have been accused of raping and sexually exploiting some of the Female IDPs.

A report published this morning by the Human Rights Watch, states that women and girls abused by members of the security forces and vigilante groups – civilian self-defense groups working with government forces in their fight against Boko Haram say they feel powerless and fear retaliation if they report the abuse. Part of the report reads

A 17-year-old girl said that just over a year after she fled the frequent Boko Haram attacks in Dikwa, a town 56 miles west of Maiduguri, a policeman approached her for “friendship” in the camp, and then he raped her.

“One day he demanded to have sex with me,” she said. “I refused but he forced me. It happened just that one time, but soon I realized I was pregnant. When I informed him about my condition, he threatened to shoot and kill me if I told anyone else. So I was too afraid to report him.”

Irregular supplies of food, clothing, medicine, and other essentials, along with restricted movement in the IDP camps in Maiduguri, compounds the vulnerability of victims – many of them widowed women and unaccompanied orphaned girls – to rape and sexual exploitation by camp officials, soldiers, police, members of civilian vigilante groups, and other Maiduguri residents. Residents of the Arabic Teachers Village camp, Pompomari, told Human Rights Watch in July that the camp had not received any food or medicines since late May, just before the start of the month-long Muslim fast of Ramadan.

One of the victims, a 16-year-old girl who fled a brutal Boko Haram attack on Baga, near the shores of Lake Chad, northern Borno in January 2015, said she was drugged and raped in May 2015 by a vigilante group member in charge of distributing aid in the camp:
He knew my parents were dead, because he is also from Baga. He would bring me food items like rice and spaghetti so I believed he really wanted to marry me. But he was also asking me for sex. I always told him I was too small [young]. The day he raped me, he offered me a drink in a cup. As soon as I drank it, I slept off. It was in his camp room. I knew something was wrong when I woke up. I was in pain, and blood was coming out of my private part. I felt weak and could not walk well. I did not tell anyone because I was afraid. When my menstrual period did not come, I knew I was pregnant and just wanted to die to join my dead mother. I was too ashamed to even go to the clinic for pregnancy care. I am so young! The man ran away from the camp when he heard I delivered a baby six months ago. I just feel sorry for the baby because I have no food or love to give him. I think he might die.
An 18-year-old girl from Kukawa, a Borno town 112 miles from Maiduguri, the state capital, said that a member of Civilian Joint Task Force – a self-defense vigilante group working with government forces in their fight against Boko Haram – initially gave her privileges, including passes that allowed her to leave the camp, but then raped her:
The man started with preaching, telling me to be a good Muslim girl and not to join bad groups in the camp. He then sent his mother to propose to me, which convinced me that he was serious. He allowed me to go outside the camp when necessary. When he asked me to visit his newly allocated room in the camp, I didn’t see any reason not to go because I felt safe with him. He gave me a bottle of Zobo [locally brewed non-alcoholic drink] and I immediately felt dizzy and slept off. I don’t know what happened thereafter but when I woke up he was gone and I was in pain and felt wet between my legs. For three days I could not walk properly. Some weeks later I fell very ill, and was told at the hospital that I was pregnant. Then everyone turned away from me: He refused to help me, and my step-mother who I lived with in camp pushed me out, saying I was a disgrace. I reported [him] to the police in camp several times but they have not done anything to him because they work together. Whenever I see him, I wish something terrible will happen to him. It is because of him that I have lost everything. I don’t even think the baby will last because she is always crying and I can’t cope. I pray that God will forgive me for neglecting the baby but I am helpless.

Photos: Doctor delivers baby but leave the head inside then sends the mother to another hospital without a word

A shocking story of alleged medical malpractice is coming out of a hospital in the southern Thai town of Pattalung.

Last Wednesday, October 26th, a 17 year old girl named only as Poo - went in to have a baby at the hospital that was not named. The duty doctor pulled the baby out but its head broke off.

The relatives waited nervously outside the delivery room for a long time. Eventually they were told to take the expectant mother to another hospital. No explanation was given by the duty doctor.

The family took her to another hospital where a suction machine was used. The doctor there discovered that only the head of the baby was in the mothers womb. The body was missing.

Shocked relatives went back to the original hospital to find out what happened. Later it emerged that the duty doctor at the original hospital had pulled the baby out but had decapitated it in the process but said nothing to the relatives.

Daily News further discovered that following the delivery, a public health official had offered the family 400,000 baht in compensation.

The elder sister of the mother posted pictures of the head of the baby on Facebook along with a message saying that they were absolutely shocked, adding that there is no way would they accept compensation without the hospital and doctor accepting responsibility.

The sister said that people went online to say that she was a liar and threats were made to her. She told daily News: "Who in hell would lie about such a thing?"

Relatives of the mother, who is currently recovering from the ordeal in the second hospital, that also was not named, have gone to the government's Damrongtham watchdog group to seek justice.

Meanwhile the local health chief Dr Thanit Sermkaek ordered an investigation into the matter as the hospital said such a thing had never happened before.
Daily News further reported that the doctor who allegedly decapitated the baby had gone on leave.

Relatives said that the baby had been described as normal before the mother went into labour. The torso has been retrieved and the baby sewn back together. Relatives have refused to to take the body for cremation until the matter is sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.
